Charli XCX's fans think they got kicked out of her private account — she says “it’s just a weird a** glitch” 

Fans were in full panic mode after noticing they were mysteriously kicked off Charli XCX’s private Instagram account, 360_brat. But despite the chaos, it turns out the drama wasn’t as big as it seemed.

On April 27, a fan on X (formerly Twitter) first raised the alarm, posting:

“Charli xcx removed some users from her private account (360_brat), are you still on it?”

Naturally, chaos ensued as fans scrambled to check their follow status, while some wondered if Charli was dropping cryptic hints about her next era, considering how she teased the finale of her BRAT era at Coachella.

But as luck would have it, Charli quickly shut down the speculation. Quote-retweeting the fan post, she clarified:

“wait i do need to say that even tho i love a little breadcrumb moment this is not one of them :( its just a weird a** glitch / bug that i’m tryna fix. plz come back… or who knows… maybe i’ll open it up tomorrow hehe.”

The British pop star seemed just as confused by the glitch as everyone else. Shortly after her QRT, she followed it up by posting a message to her private account followers through an Instagram Story, writing:

“Hi angels. Welcome to 360_brat if you just made it in. I thought now would be a good time to lay down some house rules.”

The Boom Clap hitmaker went on:

“Anything I post on this account is just for the angels who manage to gain entry to 360_brat - I’m not being shady, it just is what it is.”

Despite the brief moment of chaos, fans were relieved there wasn’t a secret purge happening. On X, Charli’s followers expressed their disappointment over being locked out, with many begging to be let back in.
