Adam Levine, who has currently returned as one of the judges on the new season of The Voice, divulged more details not just about the upcoming Maroon 5 album but also about the upcoming tour.

The "Payphone" singer said fans can expect a single at the end of the month before adding the album will probably come out in the summer.

"The rumors are correct. There are details. I cannot divulge all the details. But the details are basically, roughly, there’s a single coming at the end of the month-ish."

Levine further added to an audibly excited audience, saying:

"I’m really excited about it. An album is coming over the summer. Non-specifically around the summertime. And then, even more non-specifically, there is a tour coming in the fall-ish.”

Jimmy Fallon, who was also visibly excited, added:

"I would love to see you on tour again.

Fallon then held up a picture of Adam Levine's kids, who had gone to watch him perform in Japan during the brand's East Coast Tour. The "Moves Like a Jagger" singer shared how special the moment was for him. He said:

"The Tokyo thing was special for us cause, we got to play these three huge sold out shows in Tokyo dome, which was a huge thing. I wanted my family there. I wanted my family and my girls to see Tokyo, which is such an incredible place to be, especially as a kid."

The Late Night host then referenced a conversation he had with Benny Blanco when he and Selena Gomez were on The Tonight Show. In response to this, the "Misery" singer shared how Blanco inspired him to write music outside the band. He said,

"He brought those two to me and I was like, ‘Oh this is a lot of fun. Having new energy is a great thing… funnily enough, now I’ve kind of gone back to writing and shutting everybody out. But Benny was the first guy that got me to kind of think outside of the band.”

Adam Levine also added during his conversation on The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon that he was happy to be back on The Voice after a five-year hiatus.
