BLACKPINK’s Lisa opened up about the music she listened to while shooting the third season of the hit television series The White Lotus. In a clip shared by @yk2aii on X on February 18, 2025, Lisa, dressed in a pink and black striped shirt, mentioned that she listened to Rihanna and Ariana Grande and hip-hop songs too:
“My experience while filming White Lotus, I listened to a lot of Rihanna. I just go through all of the albums. Ariana, I listened to a lot of hip-hop cos it matches the vibe of the beach….,”
@BuzzingPop on X updated its followers on Lisa’s playlist for the White Lotus shoot. @bp127lm hoped for a collaboration between the three singers and tweeted in response:
“I need a collab urgently.”

BLACKPINK's Lisa appeared in the third season of the hit TV series. The singer revealed in an interview with V Magazine in January 2025 how hard it was to be a first-time actress. She spoke about her first day on the set of the series:
“This was my first acting gig, so when I started, I had to prepare so many things. It’s a whole new world to me. I was all over the place. But on the first day of the shoot, everybody was so supportive. Mike White…oh my God, I love him. He was super chill and told me I was doing a good job. I couldn’t believe it.”
For the singer’s first TV show role, BLACKPINK’s Lisa plays the role of Mook, a resort employee who attends to the rich and spoiled guests who arrive at the resort in Thailand. The K-Pop idol acted alongside Hollywood heavyweights like Carrie Coon, Leslie Bibb, Walton Goggins and Natasha Rothwell. The series premiered on February 16 on HBO.
