Chappell Roan has won the Internet for her vibrant personality and drag aesthetic. The recent Grammy Award winner has announced the launch of her newest single, The Giver on her socials. Unlike her typical aesthetic and makeup looks, the cover features Roan wearing a formal suit, neatly tied bun, and toned-down makeup.

Fans expressed surprise and took to Pop Crave's X post which features Chappell's look for the newest single.

One user (@MovieManKev) noted,

"that's hot NGL."

Another user (@iamtheeitgirl) had a wordplay on the name of the song and wrote,

"the giver? more like she’s taking it."

Many users expressed appreciation and showed support for Roan's new songs. One user (@arianaunext) wrote,

"She looks gorgeous!"

Fans brought up singer Halsey's image and couldn't stop but notice the similarity. While it is unclear if the two photos share a connection, fans were surprised by the similar styles. One user (@ninekubad) shared the photo on X and wrote,

Chappell Roan releases the cover for her new single The Giver

Chappell Roan's The Giver is coming to her fans after she performed for the first time at Saturday Night Live in November, per Billboard. Customers could also pre-order its vinyl on The Lawyer Edition ($13.98) which will be shipped by August 18, per the singer's website.

At the time of writing, the vinyls were out of stock on the website. Per USA Today, customers can sign up to the website to know if the vinyl will be restocked.

Chappell Roan took to her Instagram to share the cover of her newest single and captioned the photo,

"⍟ THE LAWYER ⍟ ur ex’s worst nightmare + she gets the job DONE ✔︎✔︎✔︎"

She added,

"Pre-order The Giver - Lawyer Edition 7” available now (ง’̀-‘́)ง"

The Pink Pony Club singer asked her fans to keep an eye out "on a billboard in your town." PopCrave and other media outlets were quick to spot Roan's Spotify Billboard. The billboard shows Roan dressed up potentially as a "lawyer" and the board reads,

"EW...SOMEONE HAD A LITTLE ACCIDENT."

Chapell has gone from releasing music videos on streaming channels to being one of the most promising artists of the decade. The Giver is officially coming to Chappell Roan's fans this year and is set to feature country tones. The young star is also celebrating her 27th birthday on February 19, 2025.
