Canadian rapper Drake took to his Instagram on March 11 to drop a carousel of photos. The singer wrote a cryptic caption, indicating a new "chapter" in his life. While it is unclear what the "chapter" represents, it caused a stir in the internet community.

The Instagram post included a blend of images, including a room lit with blue light, a couple of selfies, a still from the movie Phantom Thread, and a picture of Zofran medication. Per medical newsletters, Zofran prevents side effects, including nausea or vomiting, post-surgery/ chemotherapy/ radiation.

Fans were left curious about the post, but more notably about the medication. X user @piplupdabest took to their Instagram to ask users "why Drake posted" the image of Zofran.

While it is unclear what the One Dance singer referred to when he said that his next move would make someone feel "uneasy," fans speculated that there might be a link with his public beef with Kendrick Lamar. The post comes around one month after Lamar performed his diss track, Not Like Us, at Superbowl 2025.
