The rapper described his new album as signaling a new era in his career as he was collating sounds and beats he had created for himself and for his fans.

He added:

"I’m making beats and music for other people, and even for myself. So I’m lining all of that up. I’m excited for Jackboys, and my new album, and Sheck’s new album,"

The Houston native also spoke about his love for the radio. Scott explained that radio gave him a chance to infiltrate mainstream music with more interesting music:

“I love the radio. I listen to the radio all the time. “I get excited hearing it on the radio because I feel like the music I make is just a little different than what's syndicated,” he explains. “I always like to push the idea of what we do.”

The artist recalled the time he was stuck in Los Angeles traffic in the winter and the joy he felt when his track 4x4 blasted through the stereo from a top 40 channel. Travis Scott took a photo of his dashboard to share the moment with fans on Instagram.

The 33-year-old rapper also shared his experience headlining ComplexCon in Las Vegas in November 2024. Travis Scott, apart from headlining the show, had also worked as an artistic director, bringing his imaginations to reality with statues on the grounds, a futsal arena and a bazaar featuring a selection of several brands.

Travis Scott described ComplexCon as a special experience because he got to connect with fans;

"ComplexCon was crazy. The energy was insane. Anytime I get to connect with the fans like that, it’s special. It’s more than just pulling up; it’s about creating an experience. Seeing how people react in real-time—fuels me to keep building and keep creating. This was just another step, but there’s always more to come.”

Travis Scott is preparing for his headline act at the Coachella Valley Music and Art Festival 2025 alongside industry heavyweights like Lady Gaga and Post Malone. Scott has promised to “design the desert.”
