Eric Clapton 2025 US Tour is set to be held from September 8, 2025, to September 11, 2025, in venues across the mainland United States and Canada. The tour will feature special guests, The Wallflowers, and will be preceded by the singer's other 2025 shows.

Pre-sale for the singer's tour starts on March 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time, starting with a Fan Club presale. There will be a Live Nation presale from March 6, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time, and can be accessed with the code FUNKY. A general on-sale will follow on March 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. local time.

Eric Clapton released his new album, Meanwhile, on October 4, 2024. The album is his 22nd studio album, and consists of 14 tracks, with a total length of 64:19. The singer talked about his new album in an exclusive interview with Real Music Observer on September 7, 2024:

"I had to fight to get out because it was going to be pushed back til next year. It’s really a collection of the stuff that I’ve done over the last three, four years that we did at home. I played the guitar with a drum machine or a click. Then it got sent to L.A. where Nathan (East) would play bass and Sonny (Emory) in Atlanta would play drums."

Clapton continued:

"And all of this stuff was forced on us by the governments who wouldn’t let us play together, so I thought let’s get it all out. It’s called Meanwhile and it’s nice. It’s good stuff. It’s a little inhibited because it was all home recorded but I need to get it out there."

Eric Clapton also stated that he would be performing songs from the album on his then upcoming tour aka the new tour shows being announced since the release of the album.
