Drake and PartyNextDoor’s first joint project, $ome $e*y $ongs 4 U has reached No. 1 on Billboard 200, according to a report in Billboard.

The album earned 246,000 equivalent album units in the U.S.; the report indicated. Drake has reached the No. 1 spot 13 times on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, earlier, with $ome $e*y $ongs 4 U becoming his 14th No. 1.

He is now tied with Jay-Z and Taylor Swift for the most No. 1s among soloists in the history of the chart. Reportedly, the album has replaced Kendrick Lamar’s GNX which topped the list last week but now has fallen to No.3.

The 21-track project has been streamed for 287.04 million since its release, according to Billboard, which has led to the largest streaming week for an album in 2025. While Lamar’s GNX when released on December 7, 2024, charted 379.72 million.

Another report in Ratings Game Music mentioned that $ome $*xy $ongs 4 U made a historic debut on February 14, 2025, as it amassed 92.4 million streams on Spotify surpassing Lamar’s record of 92.3 million.


All about Drake and PartyNextDoor’s latest album

Drake announced the news of his latest album, $ome $*xy $ongs 4 U on February 3, 2025, through his YouTube channel. He shared a clip along with a caption,

“PARTYNEXTDOOR & DRAKE “$OME $*XY $ONGS 4 U” FEBRUARY 14.”

In the video, Drake is seen sitting in a corner of a retro bar surrounded by chatty women who don’t seem to give him any attention. On the other hand, Party Next Door also teased the album in a unique style.

He uploaded a snippet from one of the tracks on their LP titled, Crying In Chanel. To add more fun to the excitement the list of the tracks was shared by Drake on his official X account in a post with the caption,

“$OME $*XY $ONGS 4 U FEBRUARY 14.”

The list of tracks includes: CN Tower, Something About You, Crying In Chanel, Spiderman Superman, Deeper, Small Town Fame, Gimme a Hug, Raining in Houston, Somebody Loves Me, Moth Balls, and Nokia among others. There are 21 tracks in the album.

Since the release of his first hit album, Thank Me Later in 2010, Drake has collaborated with other artists, extensively throughout his career, featuring on numerous tracks.

$$$ 4U marks Drake's third collaborative album in his career. In 2015, the Know Yourself singer collaborated with Future for their album What A Time To Be Alive. The album received worldwide praise from fans according to a report in DailyDot.

Drake released another collaborative album with 21 savage in 2022, titled Her Loss. It was a 16-track album that featured guest appearances from Lil Yachty and Travis Scott.

Drake is currently busy with his Anita Max Win Tour that started on February 4, 2025, in Perth and will conclude in Auckland on March 16.
