No, Chris Stapleton has not filed an 'official objection' to Beyoncé's Grammy win. The false image allegedly circulated on Facebook and subsequently cropped up on other websites. The unofficial image reads,

“Coυпtry mυsic has a rich history aпd a distiпct soυпd that deserves to be recogпized aпd celebrated."

It further states that "awards" should "reflect the true essence of the genre" and,

"hoпor those who have dedicated their lives to it.”

Netizens also took the discussion forward on Instagram's Threads and defended Beyoncé. One user (@muvacole) noted,

"They forget country music is a mixture of their Irish fiddle music and African American blue/jazz ."

Another user (@boy_wonder_40) added,

"Stop it people. It's time to let it go it's over. She's not giving the trophy back. She won fair and square just like whoever won last year. Keep telling you people Beyonce is undefeated. She wins at everything she does. Her fans will not let her lose."

While the internet was divided about the Grammy Awards, there is no official indication of Chris Stapleton filing an official objection.
