BIGHIT Music is rumored to launch new boy group in Q3 2025: Everything we know so far

BTS' agency and label, BIGHIT Music, is rumored to launch a new boy band in the third quarter of 2025. Founded in 2005, BIGHIT Music officially became a part of HYBE Corporation in 2021. The company has been home to many successful artists and bands, including BTS, Tomorrow x Together, and Lee Hyun.

In 2024, BIGHIT Music launched a new portal on their website named BIGHIT Music Audition. Additionally, they wrote,

"Big Hit Music, the label that manages BTS and TOMORROW X TOGETHER, is now looking for individuals with talent and passion who will be the next global superstar. Big Hit Music supports you in striving for your dreams."

The audition was open to only boys born after 2006 and above from 17 countries, including Hawaii, Los Angeles, OC, Vancouver, Toronto, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland, Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Singapore, Jakarta, Taipei, Tokyo, Osaka, and Seoul. As per fans' speculation, the boy band is in the making and will be launched between July and September.

Details about the third boy band by BIGHIT Music

While BIGHIT Music is planning to surprise K-pop fans with the new boy group, fans are already curious to know the details and are trying to find out the members through hints.

Many fans have already created Instagram fan accounts for the new band. A fan account, @bighitnbg.idn, uploaded a reel of a trainee on March 18, with the caption,

"Turns out, the boy OP saw in January last year was Kim Juhoon. He was wearing the same shirt 💖."

Fans speculate Kim Juhoon to be a member of the new boy band. He has previously worked as a child model in Zion.T's music video, Hello Tutorial, in 2018. However, the company has been very private about the details regarding the new boy band and hasn't released any statement yet.

The new boy group by BIGHIT Music will compete with other boy bands from big labels, including JYP Entertainment's Stray Kids, SM Entertainment's EXO, and Starship Entertainment's MONSTA X.
