The co-founding member and former president of Bad Boy Entertainment, Kirk Burrowes, has hit Sean "Diddy" Combs with a lawsuit, alleging s*xual abuse and coercion spanning over a decade.

Tyrone Blackburn, Burrowes' attorney, filed an 18-page complaint against Combs in New York City on Friday.

Former Bad Boy Entertainment president and co-founding partner Burrowes said he endured a "deeply disturbing pattern" of assault, coercion, sexual abuse, and intimidation for years.

The court filings include "predatory" acts committed against Burrowes as well as a general "toxic environment of coercion, fear, and psychological manipulation," according to People Magazine.

"Repeated s*xual harassment, physical aggression, and forced compliance with degrading s*xual acts" were also mentioned in the complaint. These included "unwanted s*xual advances" like "nudity, s*xual overtones, voyeurism, and acts of exhibitionism," and some of the incidents took place during their business meetings.

Combs is also accused in the complaint of intensifying his "campaign of control," which included "physical violence, blackmail, career sabotage, and financial extortion" to coerce Burrowes into ceding a quarter of Bad Boy Entertainment. In 2003, Burrowes filed a lawsuit against Combs over a purported 1996 incident, but the matter was dropped.

On February 28, Burrowes filed a second lawsuit against Combs' mother, Janice Combs, alleging that she unlawfully took over his 25% ownership in Bad Boy after Combs allegedly threatened to harm him physically.

According to court records, he claims that she "knowingly participated in the fraudulent scheme to obtain 100% control" of the business, upholding "a facade of integrity" while being a major contributor to his financial and career demise.

Burrowes' assertions were flatly rejected by Combs' legal team.

"This latest lawsuit filed by Kirk Burrowes, filed by none other than Tyrone Blackburn, is another frivolous attempt to re-litigate claims that have been repeatedly thrown out of court over the past 30 years," they stated in a statement given to People Magazine. "Despite repeated dismissals, Burrowes and Blackburn are intent on wasting the court's time and resources by refiling dismissed claims and now dragging Mr. Combs' 80-year-old mother into this."

Sean "Diddy" Combs, the self-described "bad boy for life," is dealing with significant legal problems as a result of several claims of s*xual assault, harassment, and s*x trafficking throughout the course of his career.

In what may end up being a highly public reckoning, the hip-hop entrepreneur was on his private plane on March 25 when simultaneous bicoastal raids on his properties in Miami and Los Angeles were broadcast live on CNN.

After that, Diddy was charged with three charges, including sex trafficking by force, when the indictment against him was made public on September 16. Prior to being refused bail, he entered a not-guilty plea. He is being detained in custody until trial.

His ex-girlfriend Casandra "Cassie" Ventura filed a fifth lawsuit in late 2023, alleging rape and physical abuse. The lawsuit was settled and dismissed a few days later.

He is also facing four federal lawsuits and a Homeland Security and federal government inquiry.
