Anthony Green 'So Long, Avalon' tour: How to get tickets, dates, venues, and more explored

Anthony Green is officially revisiting his solo roots this summer. The singer-songwriter has officially announced So Long, Avalon, a reworked version of his 2008 debut solo album Avalon, along with a U.S. tour. The album is set to release on June 20, 2025, through Born Losers Records.

Green — who is mainly known for his work with bands like Circa Survive, Saosin, and L.S. Dunes — will hit the road starting July 11, 2025, to accompany the release. Geoff Rickly of Thursday and Kurt Travis, formerly of Dance Gavin Dance and Royal Coda, will join him on the trek. Fans of the post-hardcore and alternative rock scenes might find the trek worth attending.

Anthony Green shared the tour announcement on his official Instagram account. The post read:

Avalon was Anthony Green's first record in the solo music scene after fronting multiple bands. Now, nearly two decades later, he is taking the songs he first released in 2008 and giving them new renditions.

According to reports, the idea behind So Long, Avalon is to revisit the original material with new ideas. Two such updated tracks, She Loves Me So and Stonehearted Man, have already been dropped on streaming platforms. You can listen to them below:

Dates and venues for Anthony Green's 2025 U.S. tour

The tour kicks off in Philadelphia, PA, at Underground Arts on July 11, 2025, and spans across two months. It will wrap up on September 13, 2025, in Oklahoma City, OK. He added:

"Coming back to Avalon with Keith felt really natural — like we were finishing a conversation we started long ago. Has anybody ever asked you, if you knew then what you knew now would you do anything differently?"

He continued:

"With this experiment, I got to actually go back and try things I wouldn’t of thought to do 20 years ago. After years of exploring these songs together structurally, we wanted to capture the life that these songs took on when we played them live in their various states. Could nott have done it without Keith, the most incredible friend and collaborator I could ever ask for. He knocked this out of the park.

Green further said:
