Recently announced 'Not Guilty', A$AP Rocky celebrates by diving straight back into music and teases his upcoming album 'Don't be Dumb'. Here is everything we know so far.

A$AP Rocky, whose real name is Rakim Mayers in a court verdict was pronounced "Not Guilty" on two felony counts of assault by the jury on February 18th, 2025. 4 years ago, the musician was accused of felony assault with a firearm against A$AP Relli, in Hollywood. He celebrated by leaping in his partner, singer and songwriter Rihanna's, arms. He also told the reporters outside of the courthouse,
"I'm thankful and blessed to be here right now, to be a free man talking to y'all,"
a valid reaction considering the Harlem rapper was looking to serve a 24-year prison sentence.
Immediately after this revelation, A$AP decided to not waste any time and dropped a single tweet, signaling an album drop.
As one could imagine, this created an uproar among the fans, especially since A$AP's last album came out in 2018, titled Testing featuring the popular song Praise The Lord, and notable artists like Kid Cudi, FKA Twigs, French Montana, and so on. Though the artist has dropped quite a few singles and artist collaborations such as Ruby Rosary ft. J Cole, Taylor Swif, and HIGHJACK with Jessica Pratt.
The album titled Don't be Dumb was first released by him shortly after the release of Testing, however since then, the rapper has delayed the album for a plethora of reasons, its initial release date being August 30th, 2024, which then got pushed to spring 2025, and again led to a delay due to his legal battle. However, A$AP Rocky's newfound energy finally seems to show the much-awaited album will be out sooner rather than later.
