Nike joins forces with Stash to release Air Force 1 and Air Max 95 at ComplexCon, the global event to be held in Las Vegas. Nike is dropping a series of new sneakers at ComplexCon, which features shoes like Air Max 1000, Max 95, and Force 1 Low. To have a closer look, fans can attend the event in Las Vegas. It will be held on November 16 and 17, 2024.

Stash is a graffiti artist based in New York City. He rose to fame between the 1980s and 1990s. His work bridges street art and mainstream fashion. Nike had previously collaborated with this kind of artist multiple times in the past.

"New York native Stash has long been revered as one of the city's graffiti legends. Mastering his craft throughout the 80s and 90s, Stash would go on to work with Nike in 2003."

His partnership with Nike began in 2003. The partnership has led to some of loved designs by fans in the sneaker industry.

Now, Nike has again collaborated with Stash to bring up Air Max 95 and Air Force 1, both of which are reimagined editions. The first one is priced at USD 200, while the latter is at USD 160. The shoes will be made available for the public later this year.


Stash x Nike, the ComplexCon Collaboration Explored

The Air Max 95 and Air Force 1 Low collaboration debuted in 2006 as part of Nike's Artist Series. The Air Max 95 was draped in a blend of black and shades of blue. The Air Force 1 Low featured a mix of Varsity Royal, Harbor Blue, and Soft Grey. Both designs earned notable love from sneaker fans around the globe.

Nearly two decades later, these loved sneakers are returning with new designs and reimagination that retain some original features of the shoes that is catching the attention of a modern generation of sneaker enthusiasts.

The Air Max 95 was originally designed by Sergio Lozano. It made waves in the field of sneaker design with its anatomy-inspired layers and visible air cushioning back at that time. The 2006 version was featured with graffiti-inspired details and a black and blue gradient.

Specific details about the 2024 edition of Air Max 95 are mostly under wraps. The teaser hints that the upper is likely to revisit the mix of mesh and suede. The sneaker’s colorway features a blend of dark and vibrant blue. The colorway is notably eye-catching. It reflects graffiti roots. Nike’s decision to revive this design refers to the 30th anniversary of the Air Max 95. The latest edition will be released in Holiday 2024, priced at USD 200.

The Air Force 1 debuted in 1982. Stash’s 2006 iteration introduced a muted color palette of soft grey, varsity royal, and harbor blue. The “STASH” branding on the tongue tag was added.

The 2024 version's upper combines smooth leather and textile elements. The toebox, midsole, and outsole sports a clean and structured design. The latest edition is set to drop later this year via Nike.com, Nike SNKRS, and select retailers at a price of USD 160 USD.
