Jennifer Aniston has always captivated the audience with her amazing performance, whether she is playing the part of a rather bored with routine life mother and assistant in Just Go With or a wife caught up in the middle of a murder with her husband in Murder Mystery.
Jennifer, who has won numerous honors and recognitions, never stops inspiring people around the globe with her incredible performances, charitable endeavors, and, of course, her incredible fitness regimen.
She recently spoke about the workouts in an exclusive with People Magazine and said that it's four workouts a week for six weeks. She raved about the workouts calling them great and fun workouts with great trainers. She also spoke about her continued collaboration with the low-impact fitness program Pvolve and what she drinks every morning to transform her body.
Aniston told People Magazine:
"I drink ARMRA Colostrum first thing in the morning, with room temperature water and a whole lemon squeezed into it."
Jennifer has an ongoing partnership with Pvolve and in 2025, Pvolve is using its New Year's challenge to replicate Aniston's own exercise regimen.
Speaking about the same, Aniston said,
"If you're going to make a resolution for the new year, try the January challenge, which is not that challenging. You can actually enjoy your workout, not break your body and have an incredible transformation."
She also added details regarding customising the drink a little more during "colder months" by adding a little bit ginger to it.
Jennifer said: "I'll steep a little teaspoon of ginger, which is good for your digestion and your immune system, and then I'll put a little drop of Manuka honey. It's so delicious served hot."
The Morning Show star claims that she has discovered numerous strategies to keep herself healthy over the years and likes to share what she has discovered.
She said: "I love to share anything, any health tips, food tips, sleep tips. I actually love to hear those, but I also love to share information that I learn."
She believes that it is crucial to look out for herself, whether that means keeping an eye on her diet and drink intake or making sure her body and mind are in optimal condition.
Aniston went on to say that she does not believe in the "no pain, no gain" philosophy. She says that no one should accept that fitness mentality.
She said: "That's not true at all. You can actually have gain with no pain."
She said that in all the workouts she has tried over the years, this one has transformed her body more than any of the others that she has tried and that it is a really enjoyable workout that she doesn't feel intimidated by or one she doesn't dread.
"I get excited, because I also know that if I'm not feeling 100%, if I only have 20 minutes in me, that's all I do. ... It meets you where you're at, and I love that about it."
She further spoke about toning the micro muscles that are underneath bigger muscles, calling the workout routine making you "strong from the inside out".
