Wendy’s is offering an early holiday surprise to fans with the release of the Krabby Patty Kollab and an all-new meal. The themed offerings are created in partnership with Paramount and Nickelodeon to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the SpongeBob SquarePants cartoon show.
The collaboration offers a Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and a Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty, which hit stores across the United States, Guam, and Canada on October 8, 2024. The new offerings will also be available as a Krabby Patty meal, including the Krabby Patty-inspired burger, fries, and a drink.
The chain has yet to hint at an expected price for the Spongebob Squarepants Krabby patty meal. However, it will only be available on the menu for a limited time. Fans can grab the meal at the nearest participating Wendy’s restaurant or at home when ordering for delivery through the chain's mobile app.
Talking about the collaboration in a press release on October 2, Lindsay Radkoski, Wendy's U.S. Chief Marketing Officer, said:
"In a world of people cutting corners, Wendy's is known for quality in everything we do – from our fresh, famous food to collaborations with brands that our fans love. So, it makes sense that two of the most iconic squares in pop culture are teaming up.."
Excited about the collab with the fast food brand, Dario Spina, CMO of Paramount Brand Studio, added:
"The Krabby Patty Kollab' marks another innovative way to continue the landmark 25th anniversary celebration of 'SpongeBob SquarePants,' bringing Bikini Bottom to the surface like never before."

Wendy’s Krabby Patty Kollab meal aims to have fans walking down the path of nostalgia as they relish the favorite snack of SpongeBob and other Bikini Bottom residents. The celebratory meal will be served in purple wraps and SpongeBob-themed boxes to honor the 25 years of the cartoon series.
Encouraging fans to "Eat like SpongeBob," the Kollab Burger takes inspiration from the legendary Krabby Patty and features fresh, one-pound beef. It is served between a toasted premium bun and comes loaded with toppings of double American cheese slices, juicy tomato, pickle, onion, lettuce, and a secret Krabby Kollab sauce.
The Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty does not shy away from delivering the flavors of Bikini Bottom either and offers the tropical deliciousness of the underwater city in a cup. It presents a reimagined take on Wendy’s fan-favorite Vanilla Frosty and the decadent flavors of Pineapple and Mango puree swirl.
The Krabby Patty Kollab Burger and the Pineapple Under the Sea Frosty can be enjoyed on their own or as the SpongeBob Krabby Patty meal box.
Marking the legendary team-up between the pop culture icon and Wendy’s culinary expertise, the meal will be available early to Los Angeles residents. People in the city can avail of it starting on October 7 from the immersive Panorama City drive-thru.
People ordering the Krabby Patty Kollab meal can also grab Wendy’s Boo! Books coupon for $1. The limited-time coupon includes five free servings of Jr. Frosty and a $1.99 discount coupon for a Kids’ Meal. The freebies and discounts can be claimed at all participating locations till November 3, 2024.
