Everything we know about the Under Armour Curry Fox 1 Banzito set to release soon

De Aaron Fox, the 27-year-old Point Guard for the Sacramento Kings, is set to expand his sneaker resume with the Under Armour and Curry brand with a January 2025 release.

The latest release from the collaboration pays homage to the Taco food truck, Banzito Tacos, often parked outside the Golden1 Arena at each Sacramento King game.

The truck has become a game staple and a favorite of the players. Fox famously tweeted on March 7, 2024, that he was down to grab some carne asada Tacos from Banzito after a game.

The tweet came after the Point Guard released a Player’s Exclusive model of the Curry 1 FloTro to honor Banzito and rocked the shoes in a game against the Spurs.

The public will get a shot at landing sneakers in honor of the popular food truck in the Curry Fox 1 silhouette. The Curry Fox 1 Banzito takes a hint of blue found on the food truck and the bandana of its mascot and merges it with the brand’s signature yellow and black color scheme.

The upper area features bright yellow and black color-blocking accented by hints of blue on the toe cap and tongue. The UA Flow midsole is dressed in gradient yellow on top and black on the bottom.

Under Armour hasn’t made any official announcement for the sneakers, but popular sneaker retailer, Dicks Sporting Goods, has listed the pair with a release date set for January 10, 2025.

Stay tuned for more updates and official release information on the Curry Fox 1 Banzito.
