The SLAM x Nike Air Foamposite One design is inspired by Eric Avar's 1995 drawing, which has a unique shoe design with blue shades on it. These sneakers have a printed design on the Foamposite material. It also has Nike’s logo on the side. The shoe has two logos on the tongue and heel. One is Penny Hardaway’s “1 Cent” logo and the SLAM logo.
The insoles have graphics from a famous cover story by Scoop Jackson, along with a print that says '30 years.' The number 30 celebrates both Penny’s cover and SLAM’s 30th issue. One can also find 3 stars on the heels.
The SLAM x Nike Air Foamposite One is a limited edition sneaker. While the brands haven't announced the release date, it is expected to launch in 2025.
