Stephen Curry's liquor company, Gentleman's Cut, recently released a new whiskey on 16 December 2024. The 16-year-old whiskey commemorates Curry's 16th season in the NBA, as well as his father's 16 seasons in the league.
It is a Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that is named Player Exclusive: Father and Son Edition. A bottle of the Father and Son Edition retails for $950. You can purchase it from Curry's Gentleman Cut's website.
Curry has always looked up to his father, personally and professionally. Relating to the new liquor release, Curry says,
"To commemorate the year, we’ve bottled this unique 'Father and Son' edition of Gentleman’s Cut, honoring the example my dad set for our family both on and off the court."

Stephen Curry has mentioned that he is heavily influenced by his father, Dell Curry, an NBA player for 16 seasons. Curry is entering his 16th season in the NBA as well, and he shared a heartfelt sentiment about his father during an interview with People Magazine. He said,
"My pops set – and raised – the bar for us growing up, which makes this season that much more meaningful and special for our family."
To celebrate his and his father's 16th season in the NBA, the Father and Son Edition Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey was launched by Gentleman's Cut.
The Father and Son Edition Whiskey is described on the Gentleman's Cut website as,
"This 100-proof bourbon began distillation in August 2008 with a mashbill of 75% corn, 13% rye, and 12% malted barley. The result is a delectable bourbon with notes of sweetness, spiciness, and smoke. An intense profile of dried cherries and caramelized elements jumps out of the glass, and as you delve into the drink, a nuanced hint of fine tobacco leaf can be tasted as it lends a warm earthy feel to the bourbon."

Dell Curry has also played 16 seasons in his professional lifetime. His NBA career spanned from 1986 to 2002, when he played for the Utah Jazz, Cleveland Cavaliers, Milwaukee Bucks, and Toronto Raptors.
