Nike is starting the New Year with a bang. The official announcement of the release date of the Air Jordan 1 Low "LNY" sneakers for the Lunar New Year 2025 is live. The sneakers will be released on 29 January 2025 at 8:30 p.m. GMT +5:30.
The shoes will be available on the Nike SNKRS website. The Air Jordan 1 Low "LNY" sneakers will be available in three sizes as of now: Grade school (GS), pre-school (PS), and toddler sizes. As of now, it is unconfirmed if the sneakers will be available in adult sizing.

According to the Chinese Zodiac, 2025 is the Year of the Snake. Nike has released sneakers inspired by the Chinese calendar for years now. Similarly, Nike is launching a new addition to the Chinese zodiac line by releasing the Air Jordan 1 Low "LNY" sneakers on 29 January 2025.
The official images of the shoes have been revealed on the Nike SNKRS website. The sneakers feature a Summit White / Photon Dust / Barely Green / Summit White colorway. The shoes follow a similar AJ 1 silhouette.
The Air Jordan 1 Low "LNY" sneakers are made from premium leather that accentuates the quality of the shoes. The upper is made of Summit White premium leather with grey overlays. The colorway of the 2025 sneakers is tamer compared to the 2024 Year of the Dragon sneakers.
Nike has added a touch of light hue to the laces and the swoosh. The laces and the tongue have a Barely Green tint to them. The pattern on the tongue resembles a snake's scales. Additionally, the swoosh has a similar snake scale pattern and is slightly iridescent.
Your purchase will come in a special opalescent box that matches the swoosh on the shoes.
