Nike Air Max Plus is potentially going green for St. Patrick's Day. While the official color names haven't been confirmed, the sneaker is expected to feature a green palette. The Nike Air Max Plus “Green Gradient” sneakers feature wavy overlays and mixed materials. The green gradually moves from light tones in the vamp to darker tones in the foxing.

Debuted in 1998, the Nike Air Plus has undergone various iterations since its release. The “Green Gradient” colorway is expected to be released in Spring and sold at Nike.com and official retailers. Like other forerunners, the Green Gradient will be priced at $180.

Potential Design and Features of Nike Air Max Plus “Green Gradient” sneakers

The Nike Air Max Plus “Green Gradient” sneakers are potentially in line for Nike's Summer releases. The sneakers may arrive in time for St. Patrick's Day, celebrated annually on March 17, 2025. The Green Gradient sneakers are expected to feature an overlapping green and black palette.

A gradient of light and dark green can be seen on the overlay. While the official color names haven't been revealed, the vamp and quarter appear in Vapor Green, while the collar and foxing appear to be a shade close to Malachite. The greens are contrasted with black laces, waves, tongue, and collar.

The sneaker features a traction design and a breathable mesh, adding to the comfort of the sneaker. The base features air units that add durability and structure to the sneaker. Customers have noted that Nike Air Max Plus sneakers are typically heavier than other models, reducing the versatility.

Designed by Sean McDowell, the sneakers have been released in various colorways since its launch. While the colorways have been changed over the years, the shoe structure has primarily been retained. Recently, Nike launched the Air Max Plus OG 'Hyper Blue' on January 20.

The "Green Gradient” reminds one of the St. Patrick's green palette. The colorways feature a gradient green palette with black waves. The visible air units add a dynamic appeal to the shoe and add to the structure. Official announcements about the colorway and release are awaited.
