The tongue is black in color with "aIRMAX" written on a white background, creating a contrast. The sides also have black-to-blue curvy gradient strips for aesthetics. It is inspired by the Air Max Plus, which was launched in 1998.

The midsole is black in color, combined with eight air units in blue. These are a part of the cushioning system and provide support and distribute pressure evenly. The Nike logo is added to the sides in black. The Air Max DN logo is added to the insoles for branding.
