Nike is reportedly set to launch the Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” sneakers in 2025. According to some reports, the shoes are slated for a Spring 2025 release.
However, Finish Line has already listed these shoes on its official website at $130. After the official release, fans can expect to find the sneakers on the official Nike website, SNKRS app, and other select retail points.
Disclaimer: Details of the Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” sneakers are only speculated, and are not yet confirmed by the brand. They are subject to change.
This new edition reportedly features a black upper contrasted with Tiffany Blue-inspired accents. Its colorway is labeled Black/ Anthracite/ Aurora Green.
Reported design elements of Nike Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” sneakers
The “Black Tiffany” edition of the Air Max 90 is not an official Tiffany & Co. collaboration, reports say. However, its resemblance to the 2023 Tiffany & Co. x Nike Air Force 1 Low is notable. That release was notably hyped by the sneakerheads around the world, but with a $400 price tag, it was not accessible to everyone.
The Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” sneakers can be an alternative at $130. The Nike Air Max 90 in the “Black Tiffany” colorway sticks to the AM90 structure with a new color palette.
The shoe features a grey mesh base. Matte black nubuck overlays and TPU panels have also been featured. These are some signature features of the AM90 silhouette.
The upper is clad in an all-black shade. Tiffany Blue (Aurora Green) accents appear on the Nike Swoosh, tongue label, where the Nike Air Max branding is placed.
Additionally, the shade appears on the heel tab. It features the embossed Nike Air logo. The color is also sported on the visible Air unit, which is believed to be a nod to the blue details seen in the Tiffany x Nike Air Force 1.
A polyurethane midsole houses the Nike Air Max unit. The black rubber outsole features the waffle traction pattern. It is expected to offer a good grip to the wearer. A TPU foam column surrounds the Air unit.
The Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” sneaker has a padded collar and tongue. The shoes maintain a low-top silhouette.
Below is how Finish Line is describing the Nike Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” shoes:
"Step up your sneaker game when you step out in the classic Men's Nike Air Max 90 Casual Shoes. Originally designed as a running sneaker and known as the Air Max III, the Tinker Hatfield-designed Air Max 90 boasts universal appeal and remains a sneaker icon to this day, with classic colorways providing timeless style and new colors and textures breathing new life into a legend."
Below are some of the features that the retailer highlighted on its website:
- Low top silhouette with padded collar and tongue for comfort
- Retro runner turned lifestyle sneaker design
- Textile upper with synthetic and leather overlays
- Nike Max Air unit in the heel for support and cushioning
- The flexible sole design encourages a more natural stride
- Rubber outsole with waffle traction pattern
- The Nike Air Max 90 is imported.
Despite all the features that can prove for the user, the Air Max 90 “Black Tiffany” relies on standard nubuck and mesh, which are not premium materials. Further, some sneakerheads might be disappointed that this is not an official Tiffany & Co. release.
