Sneaker design
In addition to the classic "Fire Red" coloring, this Air Jordan 4 includes some special touches that relate to Nigel's style. A little Swoosh on the lateral toe box draws attention to the sneakers.
The background behind the mesh netting is white rather than black, in contrast to the original "Fire Red" version.
Sylvester's distinctive approach to this partnership solidifies his innovative vision in the shoe industry. Jordan Brand and BMX fans have a lot to look forward to.
About Nigel Sylvester
Through his inventiveness and digital material, Nigel Sylvester has reached millions of people worldwide, redefining what it means to be a BMX athlete. Nigel, who is most known for his ground-breaking GO series, initially fell in love with BMX on the streets of Jamaica, Queens. However, his influence extends much beyond his extraordinary cycling prowess.
He established the charity Nigel Sylvester Foundation in 2021 with the goal of using bicycles and financial literacy training to improve the lives of marginalized young people.
Sylvester, 36, could be the most well-known motocross athlete in the world right now. In a song titled "Nigel Sylvester with these bike flips," Jay-Z gave him his flowers. He received his own trademark sneaker from the Jordan brand. What distinguishes Sylvester from more conventional sportsmen is the way he approaches attaining that greatness. By winning championship after championship, Jordan and Serena Williams became the greatest of all time. Wayne Gretzky and LeBron James amassed unimaginable numbers. Joe Frazier and Muhammad Ali faced off against one other.
However, Sylvester is not one to chase the record books. He doesn't compete. He developed his notoriety on social media by creating and performing feats and encouraging people to join him as he traversed metropolitan environments.
Sylvester signed with the Jordan Brand in 2021, making him the first BMX athlete to do so. Nearly four years prior, his Air Jordan collaboration, which featured a damaged Jordan 1 that symbolized the wear and tear from riding a bike, sold out in a flash.
