Selena Gomez was featured on Variety Magazine’s Actors on Actors, a talk show series that features actors interviewing each other. One of the latest episodes had Gomez and Saoirse Ronan quizzing each other about their roles in Emilia Perez, The Blitz, and Outrun.
A picture of Gomez dressed in Saint Laurent folk buckle bent, Banana Republic Crepe knit ruched bodysuit, and Christian Louboutin Ibiza pumps was posted by @Pop Base on X, and fans reacted with positive comments:

Selena Gomez reveals Spanish language coach for Emilia Perez
In 2024, Gomez starred in the Spanish musical, Emilia Perez, based on the story of Juan Manitas Del Monte, later known as Emilia Perez, who enlists the help of Rita Mora, a lawyer, to help her escape from the law and begin afresh with a new identity.
Gomez plays the role of Jessi Del Monte, Juan's wife. Emilia Perez became the second most nominated film in the history of the Golden Globes with ten nominations.
Speaking with Saoirse Ronan on the making of the movie, Gomez revealed that she had a Spanish language tutor:
"It was really interesting. We all had to have our own coach, because Zoe Saldaña is from the Dominican Republic, Karla Sofía Gascón is from Spain, and I’m from Texas, but my family is in Mexico."
She also shared her experience of getting a joint jury prize for best actress alongside other co-actresses for Emilia Perez at the Cannes Film Festival in May 2024 and described how they celebrated it together.
