The report suggested that Tesco was registering under 5 other categories—class 5 for probiotic supplements, class 29 for kefir, class 30 for cereal bars, class 31 for nuts, and 32 for beverages with vitamins.
The report came after Tesco’s recent offerings of branded products dedicated to improving gut health, like The Gut Stuff high-fiber fruit and nut bars in flavors Cocoa & Hazelnut, Sea Salt & Caramel, and Peanut Butter, listed in September 2024.
