The centerpiece of Kelce’s birthday surprise was the Oyster Perpetual Day-Date 36 by Rolex. The Day-Date line was introduced in 1956. It became the first wristwatch to display the day and date in full on its dial. Over the decades, the watch has been tagged by fans as The President's Watch, as it is often favored by world leaders and global cultural icons.

Among the highlights were a gold split cuff with a heart engraving, a signature Elsa Peretti open-heart bracelet, and a set of Alhambra jewelry featuring a long necklace, pendant, and earrings. Adding to the grandeur, Kelce arranged for a luxe floral display of 35 bouquets from The Million Roses, which is priced at over $19,000.
