These icy candies are frozen sprite-soaked Gummy Bears that are crunchy and sweet at the same time. The trend kicked off after an ASMR video by TikToker @emiri.asmr was shared on the social media platform. It showcased the user biting into the crunchiness of the frozen Gummy Bears. It was then again shared by another TikTok user @katchaomeow, who explained the recipe of the Sprite Gummy Bears in detail.

To create Sprite-soaked Gummy Bears, follow this recipe.
Ingredients to use:
Two cups of Gummy Bears and two cans of Sprite.
Instructions:
1) Place the Gummy Bears in a dish with a shallow base.
2) Pour sprite over them until they are completely submerged in the drink. Or if you are in a creative mood, you can add a soda of your choice for a twist. Even sparkling water will do the trick.
3) Cover the dish with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate them overnight.
4) Drain the excess Sprite from the gummy bears.
5) Arrange them in a single layer on a parchment paper. Make sure to leave at least a finger’s worth of space between the gummies.
6) Put them in the freezer for about three hours until they are firm.
7) Your icy Gummy Bears are ready!
