Pepperidge Farm’s trademarked Milano has three new cookie flavors for its beloved customers. On January 9, 2025, the brand took to its Instagram to announce the news. According to Allrecipes, the latest cookie flavors will be different from the ones released previously.

Reportedly, these cookies were first spotted in Target. Sharing the news of the launch on Instagram, Pepperidge Farm wrote:

“Introducing the new Milano White Chocolate line. Delicious must-have cookies pairing premium white chocolate and vibrant fruit flavors.”

The three new flavors are strawberry, lemon, and coconut, blended in white chocolate. Buyers must note that the cookies feature a creamy white chocolate base that transitions into subtle, refined flavors.

The brand initially explored fruit-inspired varieties with Orange, Lemon, and Raspberry, and is now expanding its selection with additional fruity offerings. The lemon flavor offers a tangy and sweet balance while the strawberry has a rich berry flavor. Similarly, the coconut flavor blends tropical notes with creamy white chocolate.

Pepperidge Farm is expected to make the cookies available throughout the nation. The first-ever white chocolate cookies are reportedly priced a little over $5. However, fans appeared too excited about trying them out as Instagram users shared these reactions:

“Not a fan of white chocolate, but I love lemon and coconut. Can't wait to try!”
“Spotted these at target a few days ago. Wish they were dark chocolate.”
“Wow, these look amazing!! Ugh, I was trying to go low carb too! Looks like I’m not anymore.”
“Bought the coconut one last night. Omg! Love it, but the coconut flavor is very mild.”

Milano’s white chocolate cookies offer a ‘first-of-its-kind’ experience

According to Ama Auwarter, the VP of Pepperidge Farm’s parent company, Campbell’s Snacks, the brand’s cookies held a special place in the company’s portfolio. She added that the new white chocolate line is a reimagination of the classic cookies saying:

“Now, we’re reimagining the classic with the introduction of Milano white chocolate. Creamy white chocolate allows us to deliver more bright, vibrant flavor profiles for a first-of-its-kind Milano experience worth savoring.”

The latest introduction of the white chocolate cookies follows the success of seasonal flavors like Thin & Crispy Peppermint Cocoa, and Milano London Fog. With 58% of white chocolate fans favoring it over milk or dark chocolate, this new release is likely to be a hit.

YouTuber, Tami Dunn, shared a review of Pepperidge Farm’s Thin & Crispy Peppermint Cocoa on January 3, 2025, with Kevin Dunn who said,

“I really like the texture. I like the chocolate. I am not sure I am crazy about the peppermint.”

However, Tami liked the peppermint and said it would be better to have the cookies crumbled up on ice cream. Similarly, YouTuber, Bean & Bagel shared a review of the Milano London Fog cookies. They mentioned that the cookies have a subtle tea flavor. This is because the flavor gets lost against chocolate and vanilla. However, they added that the flavor is slightly citrusy and florally hinted. The cookies can go well with a London fog latte.
