It has been an exciting month for Doechii - after being named Hip Hop's disruptor of the year, the artist also made her debut on the cover of Outlander magazine. The artist was featured in a leopard print dress in multiple settings, and the photoshoot has left fans in awe.

Doechii was named Hip Hop Disruptor of the Year earlier this month
Doechii rose to fame with the release of her debut EP, Oh The Places You'll Go (2020), and mixtapes Coven Music Session Vol. 1 (2019).
More recently, the artist is currently promoting her latest album, Alligator Bites Never Heal (2024), and the cover photo shoot with Outlander magazine was part of this very promotion.
In an interview during a recent Rolling Stones event in November 2024, the 26-year-old rap artist divulged the details of her creative process.
"There’s so many different emotions that I feel, you don’t have to emote in one way, especially in Hip Hop. It gives so much room for you to be animated."
Speaking about her process, the artist revealed that she likes to create characters in her music.
"I like to create characters. I feel inspired by Busta Rhymes and the way he was able to incorporate theater in his music... I think that Hip Hop always has those few rappers that come in and disrupt things, and that’s what I plan to keep doing."
