Popular soda brand Jarritos has moved beyond its well-established soda game. The Mexican brand has been famous for tastes and flavors inspired by the country’s culture. Besides that, another unique aspect of the band is its natural fruit flavors and the usage of cane sugar. Its lower carbonation in the drinks sets it apart from most brands.
The beverage company has reportedly introduced new gummies and pops according to a November 25, 2024, Instagram post by blogger Markie Devo. The pops and gummies are available in flavors like pineapple, mango, lime, fruit punch, tamarind, and mandarin. Another addition in this category is the spicy pops which come in pineapple, tamarind, and mango flavors.
The gummies are shaped like the brand’s soda bottles. According to Devo, the candies are available at Walmart. The news of Jarritos launching candies has made the internet frenzy. One Instagram user commented,
“lol this kinda fire.”
Some were excited to try the gummies while others were looking forward to tasting the spicy-flavored ones.
“Need to try those gummies.”
“Spotted the regular gummies and the regular pops at Walmart. Need the spicy and sour ones.”
“It kinda ironic that it's in WalMart while NYC boros doesn't even have a WalMart. Hope they land in easier to find shops. I wouldn't mind spicy ones.”
Netizens shared their favorite flavors as others called the gummies ‘bomb.’
“Oh yeessssss! I love Jaritos. My favorite flavor is Tamarindo.”
“The gummies are so bomb! Taste just like a drink.”
“Is this available in Canada? Or just the US.”
Here’s why you should try Jarritos’ pops and gummies
YouTube channel Lucky and Dog posted a review of Jarritos’ gummies on December 15, 2024. The kid and his father tried the fruit punch and tamarind flavors. The dad found the gummies pretty ‘chewy’ and ‘hard’ but the son said they were not hard but more gummy. According to the father,
“They are pretty good. The taste is good. They are just pretty firm for a gummy and they don’t look like usually like what gummies look like.”
The son added,
“They are like the gummy coca-colas. If you have seen the gummy coca-colas, they look like that.”
They rated Jarritos’ gummies 9.8 out of 10. Just like the father-son duo, another YouTube channel The_Goon3r posted a review of the gummies and pops. He first tried the lime and fruit punch-flavored gummy which he said tasted just like the soda. The reviewer then tried the pops which had a logo of the brand imprinted on them. However, he did not find the lollipops to taste like the soda.
Another addition to the line of Jarritos products is the JarriBoba. The company has branded them as popping boba drinks with green tea. They have three flavors strawberry guava, kiwi watermelon, and mango passion fruit. All three drinks have the phrase ‘artificially flavored’ written on the bottles.
