The photo sees the Kardashian posing for different photographers as she holds a bottle of milk and spews some of its contents from her mouth.

The post elicited mixed reactions from netizens as one replied stating:

In her interview with Charlotte Owen of Bustle, published on December 3, 2024, the 40-year-old reality star revealed her plans to start her podcast in 2025. When asked what the podcast would be about, she stated it would be about her curiosities. She added:
"It’s not going to be salacious. I am not going to be gossiping about other people. It’s more the things that I’m into. I love talking about religion or grief or the afterlife or healing and trauma, dating, and relationships."
She also revealed that she had already recorded two episodes— one with Jay Shetty and the other with Scott Disick, her brother-in-law. She talked about how her sister, Kim Kardashian, encouraged her to start seeing her therapist and how good it was for her. Khloe Kardashian recalled an experience with another therapist who leaked personal information to the tabloids and how disappointed she felt:
"So I stopped going to therapy and started going to the gym. I needed a release, but I did not trust anybody else anymore. And the place that I felt the safest was the gym."
The recent launch of the XO Khloe fragrance was also discussed. Khloe described the project as something she had always wanted to do on her own, having collaborated with her sisters and ex-husband, Lamar Odom, in the past. She mentioned that the project took her about 18 months to complete.
