Fast food company Subway has brought back one of the most fan-favorite deals for 2025. On January 6, 2025, the food joint shared a press release announcing the return of the Meal of the Day along with the introduction of the Baja Bliss collection. This comeback ensures customers get their favorite subs without compromising on quality.
The Meal of the Day offer for a six-inch sub is $6.99 while the same for a footlong is $9.99. The meal can be complemented with cookies or chips, in addition to a drink.
The Meal of the Day lineup at Subway offers a variety of delicious options throughout the week. For instance, there is Cold Cut Combo on Monday, All-Pro Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki on Tuesday, and Meatball Marinara on Wednesday.
Similarly, the All-New Baja Chipotle Chicken will be available on Thursday, Tuna on Friday, The Ultimate B.M.T. on Saturday, and The Philly on Sunday.
The motto behind introducing a concept like this is to give customers the flexibility to customize their meals daily using fresh ingredients, all at an affordable price.
It must be noted that the restaurant company would run this offer for a limited time and only at the participating outlets in the US. According to Doug Fry, President of the North American division of the restaurant company,
“Subway's new Meal of the Day showcases the variety of better for you ingredients across our entire menu, our signature subs, and our definition of value – where you shouldn't have to sacrifice quality for an affordable price.”
He mentioned that the restaurant has simplified ordering a delicious and satisfying meal, whether for a quick bite to support a busy lifestyle or to unwind after a long day. According to the press release, the prices would be higher in Canada and Alaska. The fountain will not be available for delivery orders.
What we know about Subway’s Baja Bliss collection
If you think the Meal of the Day is not enough for you, fasten your seatbelts because Subway now has the latest Baja Bliss collection. The two new subs will feature one of the fan-favorite and most chosen sauces, the Baja Chipotle sauce. However, just like the Meal of the Day, the Baja Bliss collection will also be available at the participating restaurants for a limited time.
According to the press release, the new Baja Bliss subs, featuring either Chicken or Freshly Sliced Turkey, are crafted with Artisan Italian Bread, fresh vegetables, and Subway's SubKrunch.

They are enhanced with Baja Chipotle sauce for the perfect mix of cheesy and crunchy flavors to satiate one's taste buds. Keeping in mind the popularity of the sauce, the restaurant chain is also offering the Miss Vickie's® Baja Chipotle potato chips.
