Shownu of the acclaimed K-Pop boy group, Monsta X will grace the February 2025 issue of the Star 1 fashion magazine. Visuals of the 32-year-old Korean singer and actor have begun making the rounds.
For the magazine photoshoot, Shownu is dressed in a knitted cream cardigan, a deconstructed black suit with a no-back design, a white tank top, a black top slung over his shoulders, and black shorts. For all the looks, Shownu’s black hair was styled in a messy mop, and his lips were left glossy.
@Pop Base on X shared Shownu’s visuals, and fans gushed over them. @AwesomeFutball reacted to the post and described the Korean celebrity as a style icon:

Shownu of Monsta X on his career, relationship with bandmates and his acting debut
In his interview for the Star 1 Magazine February 2025 issue, the Monsta X member spoke about his relationship with his bandmates, some of whom will complete their military service soon:
“I talk with the members very often. I frequently meet Minhyuk and Changkyun, and I have casual chats with Kihyun in our group chatroom.”
He also revealed aspects of his relationship with the other members and how close their bond is:
“I have personal conversations with Jooheon and Hyungwon. Sometimes, while we are talking, I wonder, “Is this really how men in their 30s talk?”
He revealed that he was excited about reuniting with the rest of the group’s members in the military and their upcoming projects as a group.
In 2024, the Monsta X member ventured into film with the musical drama, The Great Comet. He described the experience as an opportunity to show what he was capable of doing. He also appreciated the Monsta X fandom, Mon Bebe, for their support during the shooting of the musical, which boosted his confidence.
