Popular soda brand Slice Soda has returned to the market after almost 15 years. The brand shares its roots with PepsiCo, which discontinued it in 2010. According to Allrecipes, PepsiCo sold the soda brand to Suja Life, which has relaunched it with enhanced ingredients. Suja Life manages health-focused beverage brands such as Suja Organic and Vive Organic.
Flavors like orange, lemon-lime, classic cola, and grapefruit spritz can be found at select Costco, Albertsons, and HEB stores. Target features the exclusive strawberry flavor, while Albertsons has the grape one available across its locations. More flavors, like classic cola and ginger ale, are expected to reach the stores in the upcoming months.
Interestingly, Slice Soda is now designed to support digestion. The drink features prebiotics to nourish good gut bacteria, probiotics to enhance healthy microbes, and postbiotics to improve overall gut health.
