Seth Rogen’s Houseplant brand has launched a collection of THC-infused, flavored sparkling water for recreational use. According to the actor, the Cannabis-flavored products offer an approachable dose that’s perfect for people trying out THC for the first time and for regular users too.

Like other Hollywood celebrities, Snoop Dogg and Jim Belushi, Seth Rogen turned his interest in the Cannabis plant into a full-scale business. The Houseplant brand was launched in 2019 and is a lifestyle brand that produces weed accoutrements like grinders, ashtrays, and rolling sets.

The sparkling water was launched in America on December 12, 2024. It has been available in Canada since 2020, but now Americans can order it directly or purchase it at Total Wine & Spirits and other select retailers.

More details on Seth Rogen’s THC-infused sparkling water

The drinks are available in four flavors—citrus, pineapple, Black Cherry, and Blackberry and come in 4-packs for $19.99. Each serving contains a dose of 3mg THC. These drinks are made in the USA and according to the brand description,

they are composed of sparkling water infused with THC with zero calories, zero sugar, and gluten-free.

The pineapple 4-pack is infused with natural ingredients to give a burst of sweet pineapple when you drink. The bottle is wrapped in bright yellow.

Its citrus counterpart offers a blend of citrus flavors, with grapefruit being the most prominent. It gives a bright and tangy citrus taste and is presented in orange color.

The blackberry 4-pack bottle is wrapped in blackberry purple and promises a perfect blend of tart and sweet when consumed.

The Houseplant black cherry comes in dark red packaging and promises a bold and luscious cherry taste with no added sugar.

According to Food & Wine magazine on December 12, 2024, Houseplant co-founder and CEO, Micheal Mohr, spoke on the product launch and its significance:

"At Houseplant, our approach has always been to create the products we wish existed — and to do so with the highest standards."

He added:

"It has been thrilling to innovate with THC beverages, creating a drink that’s both accessible in strength and convenient, in a familiar, smoke-free format.”

The Houseplant CEO also described the US launch of THR-infused sparkling water as a natural step in their evolution and furtherance of their objective to educate and reduce the stigma associated with cannabis culture.

Mohr also revealed the selection process for the drink’s flavors. After performing a taste test on various flavors, Seth Rogen and David Mohr opted for black cherry, blackberry, citrus, and pineapple.

Black cherry was chosen for its classic taste and childhood nostalgia; citrus because it is a staple; Blackberry for its rare and distinctive flavor; and the pineapple flavor as an ode to Seth Rogen’s hit movie, Pineapple Express.
