Reese's has launched a new kind of dessert which is a delight for all those who enjoy its signature peanut butter and chocolate cup - the Deconstructed Peanut Butter Cup kit. With this new kit, fans of Reese's cups can now decide the amount of peanut butter they want in their chocolate cup.

According to Hershey's, the idea for this game-changing kit came to fruition after a Reddit post went viral, showing a 5-pack of the delicious peanut butter chocolate cups that came without any peanut butter in them.

As the post went viral, the idea for the Deconstructed Peanut Butter Cup kit came to being, allowing people to "amp up" the amount of peanut butter they want in their Reese's cups.

According to an official statement from Hersheys, the company acknowledges how personal somebody's choice of peanut butter in their dessert is. So the creation is an attempt to fil in that gap.

"From Reese's Peanut Butter Pumpkins to Reese's Peanut Butter Cup Thins and everything in between, we know how personal your ideal chocolate to peanut butter ratio is. So go ahead, amp up the peanut butter or tone it down — we won't judge."
