Pharrell Williams x evian Launch 'Fountain of Youth' Water Bottles

Pharrell Williams’s skincare and lifestyle product company, Humanrace has collaborated with evian to launch its limited-edition water bottles inscribed “Fountain of Youth.”

According to a Multichannel News Release, these glass bottles are available in blue and green and are designed to promote a healthier and hydrated lifestyle, encouraging individuals to make their health a priority. The water will be available in both still and sparkling options.

This marks the second collaboration between the Humanrace and evian following their tennis-inspired capsule collection.

The release further mentions the inspiration behind the words “Fountain of Youth” goes to a shared belief, that lies between the partnership of Pharrell Williams and evian, that wellness begins with hydration.

Speaking about the recent collaboration in the release, Pharrell Williams talked about making self-care joyful and the thought behind 'Fountain of Youth' bottles:

"Staying hydrated is fundamental. These bottles represent more than just water—they're a reminder that self-care can be joyful. My collaboration with evian and Humanrace will hopefully inspire people to embrace the small moments that contribute to our overall well-being. The ‘Fountain of Youth’ phrase on the bottle is designed to start conversations at the dinner table and reminds us of the fundamental role water plays in our wellness.”

Leeni Hämäläinen, Marketing Director of Waters (evian) at Danone, reflected on the collaboration, stating that it celebrates the intersection of wellness, creativity, and community. She said:

“We are excited to continue our collaboration with Pharrell and Humanrace through these limited-edition bottles, which celebrate the intersection of wellness, creativity, and community—values that are central to both evian and Pharrell.”
“We pride ourselves on partnering with cutting-edge collaborators, and Pharrell is the perfect creative partner to bring our shared vision to life. He embodies evian ‘Live Young’ ethos, and we hope this partnership encourages people to embrace their own youthful spirit.” She concluded.

The bottles are available at selected retailers and restaurants across the U.S.


evian’s Mountain of Youth campaign

In May 2024, evian launched a campaign called "Mountain of Youth," aimed at promoting an active and healthier lifestyle. The campaign encouraged people of all ages to join and help spread the message.

The campaign launched an advertisement that aimed at motivating people to adopt a healthy lifestyle featuring Pharrell Williams's song called “Joy”. The ad was directed by Henry Scholfield.

Speaking about the advertisement in a press release, Scholfield said:

“I loved how this concept is actually an excellent life philosophy, ‘Live Young!’, cleverly disguised as a brand campaign. I wanted this irreverence and joie de vivre to come to life in each of our depictions of their world, from what they do to what they wear, whilst capturing the spirit of the Mountain of Youth, and its inhabitants who are a lotta bit mischievous and a little bit wild.”

The campaign was a huge success and garnered over 20 million impressions across platforms.
