The line again surprises fans, as a Protro comeback of the much-loved Nike Kobe 9 Elite Low “Moonwalker” is reported. Speculation has it that the revival of these sneakers is slated for a 2025 release.

The translucent outsole showcases a moonrock-inspired graphic, which is a direct reference to Michael Jackson's globally famous Moonwalk performance. The midsole sports black carbon fiber. A metallic silver Nike Swoosh adorns the side panel.

Additionally, black accents on the laces and sock liner add to the shoes' sleek aesthetic.

The Nike Kobe 9 Elite Protro Low “Moonwalker” is expected to drop in 2025. It will reportedly come at a retail price point of around $210. Upon release, it will be available for purchase through Nike SNKRS, select retailers, and other major outlets.
