Nike is getting the newest addition to its extensive shoe collection. The footwear and apparel brand will release the ACG Izy “Baroque Brown” shoe on January 31, 2025, which is priced at $130.

Buyers can place their orders from the official website nike.com. As per reports, the company is bringing back the ACG curios of the past with the launch of this shoe. This shoe will be the latest addition to the ACG Rufus collection which has been a fan-favorite over the years.

The new shoe does not differ much from the previous Rufus ones and has a lot of the same design, language, and composition. If one notices carefully, one would find that the sole unit and suede foxing are still present in the Izy Baroque Brown.

However, it only has a slightly elevated height, giving it a sneaker-like shape. The shoe also has a zipper that closes down the foot, streamlining the process of getting one’s feet in and out of the shoe. The upcoming reportedly honors the roots with the exceptional color choice which is relevant to the natural hues of the previous releases.

The Nike ACG Izy “Baroque Brown” shoe has enhanced cushioning

The Nike ACG Izy “Baroque Brown” shoe gives the right comfort as it comes with airbag technology, as seen in the official images. It also has a cozy linen material that will keep one’s feet warm. The shoe also has a similar design to the Nike ACG Izy which has Khaki, limestone, and black colors.

Nevertheless, describing the shoes on its official platform, the footwear company wrote:

“Slip into this moccasin-inspired shoe and experience comfort you have to feel to believe. Enhanced cushioning in the midsole makes the ACG Izy ideal for wandering off the beaten path or navigating the urban terrain. The easy-on design combines a Baroque Brown suede upper and a rugged outsole for an outdoorsy aesthetic you'll reach for over and over again.”

This shoe can be rightly called a winter-appropriate footwear. Reviewers who have shared their thoughts about the Nike ACG Izy Khaki shoe said it gave a 90s feel with a lot of comfort. Youtuber Sean Go, who reviewed the Khaki color, said:

“So, overall for a winter-appropriate shoe, I found these to be decently comfortable. They are not like the most comfortable sneaker on the market but again for a winter-specific shoe, these are more on the comfortable side.”

The shoe’s foam midsole gave a decent amount of plushness. The YouTuber found the upper part of the shoe more lightweight, mainly because it has one zipper and no laces. The material quality was praiseworthy as the shoe was made of decent suede that gives a genuine feel.
