Lionel Messi and adidas are reportedly continuing their beloved partnership with a new colorway of the Samba silhouette. Speculation has it that a "Cream White" edition of the much-acclaimed sneaker line is set to release in 2025.
Reports suggest this is going to be the latest addition to the Messi x adidas collaboration. However, official confirmation from the brand has not been announced yet.
The Lionel Messi x adidas collaboration began in 2006. Starting from football gear, this partnership has now been extended into lifestyle footwear. The brand has previously launched numerous sneaker designs, which often came with a nod to the global football icon's career milestones.
Previous adidas Samba shoes
The adidas Samba was first introduced in the 1950s as an indoor soccer shoe. With Messi’s branding on the Samba shoes, this partnership worked as a bridge between sport, and the worldwide fashion industry. The collaboration has brought up multiple loved silhouettes, such as Samba Messi Indoor Soccer Shoes in Light Pink / Core Black / Gum, and Cloud White / Purple / Gum colorway.

The Lionel Messi x adidas Samba "Cream White" reportedly sports a minimalist design and look. Speculated key features of the sneakers include:

- Messi's signature M branding is featured on the tongue, and heel of the shoes in metallic gold accents. This is reportedly added above adidas’ signature three stripes.
