KITH unveils NHL's New York Rangers collection: Everything we know so far

Kith will start a new cooperation with the New York Rangers of the NHL, the second major league team in Madison Square Garden, after working with the New York Knicks.

The clothing, accessories, and lifestyle items in the Kith x New York Rangers collection reinterpret the Rangers' iconic imagery from a Kith perspective.

On Friday, January 17th, Kith for the New York Rangers will be available at a few US Kith stores and on Kith.com and the Kith app at 11 a.m. EST.

Kith will host the first-ever Rangers Kith Night at Madison Square Garden, presented by Chase, to commemorate the new collaboration. On Saturday, January 18th, the Rangers will play the Columbus Blue Jackets in this unique performance.

Freebies, branded food, and more are in store for attendees. Additionally, visitors can browse the Kith for the New York Rangers Collection at a pop-up store inside the main Chase Square entrance. The pop-up will open at 5 PM EST on January 18th, and admission is free.

About the collection series

Reimaginations of the 1994 Stanley Cup Champions artwork and the Rangers Crest logo are among the featured graphics in a brand-new cooperation design featuring the Kith wordmark with a puck flying over it and the New York Rangers logo bottom done in a script typeface. The Rangers' red, white, and blue color scheme will implement each style.

One of the collection's highlights is the Kith x AVIREX "Madison Square Garden" Jacket, made of high-quality leather and comes in two colorways: all-black and Rangers and Knicks color-blocked.

The Mark Messier Rangers Jersey, designed in collaboration with Mitchell & Ness and available in white and navy colorways, is another standout item. One of the greatest players in hockey history, Messier ended the New York Rangers' 54-year title drought in 1994 after winning the Stanley Cup.

In addition, Kith collaborated with the hockey company Bauer to produce joint clothing and equipment for this release. This includes a high-performance Vapor HyperLite 2 hockey stick, quarter zips, and matching wavy-patterned nylon track pants.

Additionally, the collection includes items created in collaboration with Inglasco, the NHL's official game puck supplier. This comprises a mini hockey action set that comes with two miniature plastic sticks and six co-branded foam pucks, as well as collaborative hockey pucks, each of which comes in a personalized acrylic display box.
