Kim Kardashian reflected on her inspiration behind the upcoming collection in a statement:
"This [collaboration] marks SKIMS first-ever foray into the world of winter wear and partnering with The North Face allowed us to leverage their expertise in this category. The collection is a combination of functional and flattering apparel solutions for the season. I’ve spent a lot of time on the slopes, so I was definitely inspired when we were developing this collection and I can’t wait to wear these pieces on my next trip.”
This limited-edition collection features sizes XXS – 3X, and S-XL, as well as mules in sizes 5-11. Pricing clocks in between $60 to $1,200, and it will also be sold internationally in North Face outlets like Soho, Cortina, Milan, Regent Street, Battersea, Shanghai, and Beijing. Apart from this, it can be found at the LuisaviaRoma and Highsnobiety stores located in Milan.
The campaign for the collaboration was shot by Vanessa Beecroft, and it shows off the collection of models, all of whom are standing on the snow-covered mountains of Chile.
