John Cena teams up with McDonald's to launch new McValue menu: His favorite items, deals, and more explored

John Cena and McDonald's have paired up to bring a new value menu to the customers! The actor and professional wrestler spoke to People Magazine in an exclusive interview about the new collaboration. The menu includes local food and drink deals, a $5 Meal deal, and multiple in-app offers. Customers can also avail "buy one, add one" for $1, with a mix and match of items.

Cena launched the campaign with McDonald's on January 7, 2025, and noted,

“McDonald's is a global phenomenon, a slice of Americana and certainly has been a major part of my life with food ever since I can remember anything about food.”

McDonald's launches new McValue menu in collaboration with John Cena

John Cena talked about his collaboration with People Magazine and noted that he is a "creature of habit." He noted that his favorite meal includes two double cheeseburgers and two six-piece chicken nuggets. He revealed that he avoids taking any "drinks" since he enjoys the "savoriness" of his burgers and nuggets.

For breakfast, he opts for either a McGriddle or Egg McMuffin. Cena continued to describe that McD has been part of his emotional journey and noted,

“I've had such a journey with McDonald's over the almost 48 years I've been on Earth."

He added,

“Anything on their menu can evoke a certain range of emotions and they're all good ones.”

John Cena also disclosed his early memories of McD with his family. Growing up in Massachusetts, Cena would also swap Happy Meals with his brothers. He added,

"There was a phase where Happy Meals came with, like, Transformers that started out as a McDonald's shake, and then transformed into a robot, started out as a burger and then transformed into a robot.”

Over the years, McDonald's has been a consistent part of John Cena's life, as for many other Americans. Apart from the deals, local restaurants also have the discretion to offer up to 20% off customer-favorite products, including the McGriddle.
