Jimmy John has partnered with Oreo to celebrate the sweetest holiday of the year. It has launched its limited-edition treat, Chocolate Peppermint Cookie made with OREO. The sandwich chain debuted the dessert on November 25, arriving just in time for Giving Tuesday on December 3 and National Cookie Day on December 4.
Announcing the news on its Instagram stories, Jimmy John’s posted a picture of the Chocolate Peppermint Cookie under the caption, “It’s tiiiiiiiime…”sharing that the cookie is now available to customers.
The treat consists of a rich-buttery dark chocolate base infused with candy cane bits and loaded with pieces of Oreo cookies. Taking forward the spirit of Christmas, Jimmy John’s will be donating a portion of each cookie sold between December 2 and December 8 to Boys and Girls Clubs of America through the Jimmy John’s Foundation.

The newly launched Chocolate Peppermint Cookie comes at a price of $2.29. One can buy the cookie at participating Jimmy John’s locations across the U.S. They make a perfect addition to any sandwich or can be enjoyed on their own.

Oreo recently launched its festive cookie called Red and Green Festive Creme Chocolate Sandwich Cookies for a limited period. It consists of a red and green crème filling between two chocolate biscuits.
According to Oreo, each bag contains 14 individually wrapped cookies, “perfect for Christmas stocking stuffers, party snacks, holiday party favors, and cookies for Santa.” The classic Oreo chocolate cookie is engraved with festive designs like a candy cane, a gingerbread man, a penguin, a snowman, and a red-nose Rudolph. The cookies were exclusively available at Walmart and Target for a limited time.
Oreo has been actively collaborating with popular brands to launch innovative products. Oreo and Coca-Cola launched Oreo Coca-Cola Sandwich Cookies, Coca-Cola Oreo Zero Sugar soda, and Coca-Cola Oreo Slurpee in a limited edition.
Focusing on consumer engagement Oreo also partnered with Lady Gaga and the K-pop group BLACKPINK which received a huge response from fans.
