The supermarket chain was established in 1930, and since then, it has expanded from a single store to one of the largest grocery chains in the US.

Per its official website, the company has expressed gratitude to its customers and associates while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service, community engagement, and an exceptional shopping and workplace experience.

Publix does not operate outside the United States, and its website is not fully accessible internationally. Visitors to Florida, Georgia, Alabama, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, or Virginia are encouraged to experience the store.
