Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, have left the internet buzzing with the Australian model's bold choice of attire for the 67th Grammy Awards. However, aside from the chatter it has generated on social media, the 30-year-old model's outfit has also sparked a debate about possible jail time.
Bianca Censori arrived at the 67th Grammy Awards in an oversized, fluffy black coat. However, as soon as she stepped onto the red carpet along with Kanye West, she dropped the coat to unveil a sheer, nude dress that left little to the imagination.
The model was confident about her attire and struck poses from the front and back, patiently allowing the paparazzi to get their clicks.
However, according to The Mirror, the California Penal Code 314(1) describes indecent exposure as,
"when a person exposes his or her naked body or genitals in front of anyone who could be annoyed or offended by it."
Moreover, the exposure also needs to be "willful and lewd" for it to count as an offense.

Kanye West's wife Bianca Censori could potentially face jail time for her risky outfit at the 67th Grammy Awards
Kanye West's wife, Bianca Censori also could possibly face potential jail time for breaking laws against indecent exposure owing to her choice of attire for the 2025 Grammys.
According to the penal code, anybody who
"intentionally exposes their genitals or naked body; expose themselves in front of someone who might be offended or annoyed by it; intend to direct attention to themself; and intend to sexually gratify themself or offend someone else when they do it"
If found guilty of indecent public exposure, a first-time offender would stand to face a misdemeanor sentence of six months in a county jail and/or a fine of up to $1,000. However, a repeat offense can be treated as a felony and land you in state prison, along with having to register as a sex offender for at least 10 years.
While no such action has been taken against Censori so far, fans anticipate that something along these lines may be underway soon.
