Salehe Bembury x Crocs

Salehe Bembury is an American footwear designer. He is known for his work with global brands like New Balance and Versace. He first partnered with Crocs to create the Pollex Clog line in 2021. The Pollex Clog introduced a new aesthetic to Crocs. It gave the clogs a break from the typical smooth and rounded silhouette and created the shoes' rugged and wavy texture.

The Crocs Pollex Clogs were available in colorways like "Yoke" and "Niagra." This collaboration had generated buzz among sneaker enthusiasts who admire Bembury’s footwear designs.

The “Borealis” marks the first time the Salehe Bembury x Crocs Clog line has sported the glow-in-the-dark variant. The Salehe Bembury x Crocs glow-in-the-dark “Borealis” clogs will only be available as an exclusive release at ComplexCon, a pop-culture concert and exhibition on November 16 and 17 in Las Vegas.

The clog’s upper features Bembury’s signature Pollex design. It is sported with wavy textures. The toebox features the same textured pattern. The latest Salehe Bembury x Crocs clog strap is crafted with metallic details that slightly contrast the clog's green color.

While this limited and exclusive ComplexCon release of Glow-in-the-dark 'Borealis' clogs has created a buzz, it has also made many fans feel dismayed.
