Burger King will bring back its Churro Fries to the Holiday menu December 19 onwards. These crispy fried dough pieces coated with cinnamon sugar are a fan favorite and were first introduced as part of its Halloween-themed “Addams Family” menu.
The Churro Fries will be available in a 4, 8, or 12-piece pack at participating Burger King locations in the US. The limited-edition treat will be served throughout the day.
BK editor, Bailey Fink, said the new treats were “perfectly crunchy on the outside with a soft and pillowy inside.”
Though they were initially served with chocolate dipping sauce, it is not confirmed whether the brand will include it on the menu. However, customers will still be able to get a side of chocolate or caramel sauce on demand.
Customers are excited about the return of the Churro Fries
Many food bloggers, including @snackolator and @markie_devo, announced the news on their social media accounts, and fans were thrilled about their comeback.
“The churro fries need to be permanent.” A customer demanded.
“YAYY churro fries I loved them.” Another user exclaimed.
“Mmm my mid day munchies just kicked in.” An excited fan wrote on X.
“Churro fries are back? Looks like Burger King just gave dessert lovers a reason to celebrate. Time to grab some before they disappear again!” Another tweeted.
What are the other items on Burger King’s Comeback menu?
In addition to Churro Fries, Burger King will also be relaunching its Fiery Chicken Fries starting December 19. They were initially launched in July as part of Burger King’s Fiery Menu. They were available in portions of four, eight, or twelve pieces, and rated at spice level 4.
Other items which were on the “Fiery Menu” were Fiery Bacon Whopper, Fiery Mozzarella Fries, and Fiery Bacon Royal Crispy Chicken.
The restaurant chain will also re-introduce Burger King Melts on December 19, including the Classic Melt, Bacon Melt, and Shroom n’ Swiss Melt.
The Classic BK Melt features two flame-grilled Whopper Jr. patties, melty American cheese, caramelized onions and Stacker Sauce on toasted bread. The Bacon BK Melt includes a layer of crispy bacon for that extra crunch on a base similar to the Classic BK Melt. Shroom n’ Swiss Melt is a must-try for mushroom lovers. Toasted bread is layered with two Whopper Jr. patties, melty Swiss cheese, roasted mushrooms, and Royal Sauce.

Celebrating the holiday season, Burger King also launched its popular Christmas-themed merchandise. They also announced the first-ever Advent Calendar which consists of 12 items inspired from the menu.
