Aldi is reportedly set to launch a new version of the Pizza Cookie. The supermarket chain is launching the Confetti Sugar Pizza Cookie in its heat and serve Mama Cozzi's lineup. The new Pizza Cookie flavor is expected to arrive in stores on February 12, just in time for Valentine's Day, per All Recipes.
As the name suggests, the cookie is shaped and served in a box like a pizza, weighing around 9 ounces. It is priced at $3.99 and may be available in the grocery chain's freezer section along with other products in the Mama Cozzi's heat and eat range. Customers may have to check with their nearest Aldi to know about the availability of this sweet treat.

A stroll through a supermarket chain and one is naturally flooded with endless options, including sweet desserts. Aldi's brand Mama Cozzi brought a unique twist to the traditional cookie and made it pizza-size. The Pizza Cookie was first introduced in a chocolate cookie flavor and struck a chord with many.
Akin to its predecessor, the Confetti Sugar Cookie is fully baked and only needs to be heated before eating. The cookie appears to have a plain base with sugar confetti filled inside. Customers can also use their favorite icing to decorate the cookie and other elements if needed. The cookie can lend up to 8 servings and needs to be refrigerated until use.
Customers can also purchase the OG chocolate chip cookie from stores and online at Aldi.com. The Chewy Gooey Chocolate Chunk Pizza Cookie is currently available at a discounted price on the website. The Pizza Cookie, originally priced at $4.39 is currently available for $3.55. If you are not someone with a sweet tooth, Mama Cozzi's line offers other savory ready-to-cook items, including pizzas and calzones.
Pizza cookies can be a quick sweet option for those looking to host a party or something to share with their Valentine. While the new flavor, Confetti Sugar is expected to arrive in stores before Valentine's, the availability may vary from store to store. Customers with a Vegan diet may have to wait for an alternative version since the Pizza Cookies contain eggs and milk.
